From the Tregare Street meeting point:

Take Caerleon Road in the direction of Caerleon.

At the roundabout at the junction with the M4, take the first exit, (left), onto the link road with the A4042. At the Grove Park roundabout take the second exit, (right), and continue on this road, A4042, towards Abergavenny. Continue on this road until you get to the roundabout near the crematorium. At the crematorium roundabout take the second exit to continue straight on. At the next roundabout at the bottom of the hill, take the third exit, right, signposted New Inn & Llandegfedd Reservoir 4 ml.

After ½ mile take the right turn onto Jerusalem Lane signposted Llandegfedd Reservoir. After 350 yards turn right into Sluvad Road, signposted Llandegfedd Reservoir 2 ml.

 Take the road towards Llandegfedd Reservoir, & after approx. 1 mile when you see Sluvad Waterworks on the left look out for a sign saying "No access for delivery tankers".  Go past this then turn left at the turning for delivery tankers and immediately right into a small car park.

Well you should go to the Tregare Street meeting point, be early we leave promptly.That way you can car share with others. But if you need instructions to get to the walk start point this page may be where you can find them.
